SchoolCloud Teacher Extension
SchoolCloud Teacher Extension helps teachers review, organize, and act on gradebook information more efficiently inside SchoolCloud. This extension adds practical tools directly into the SchoolCloud teacher interface so teachers can sort students, review averages, filter gradebook categories, identify missing or low-scoring work, search student rows, and generate parent/student email drafts without changing their normal SchoolCloud workflow. Features Rank students by SchoolCloud average Rank students by display average Restore the original class order Highlight the active ranking mode Show display averages beside the SchoolCloud average Show helpful student badges, including display average, term averages, NHI counts, below-70 counts, and class display averages Search for students by first name, last name, or partial name Filter the gradebook by category or sub-category Keep the official SchoolCloud average visible while filtering Generate email drafts for students and parents Create and save reusable email templates with placeholders Autofill templates with student names, parent names, pronouns, NHI counts, below-70 counts, and overall averages Collect student and parent contact information from the Detailed Class List Open generated emails in the default mail app or Gmail Turn the extension on or off from the extension popup Local Data Storage Contact information and email templates are stored locally in the browser on the teacher’s computer. This data is not uploaded by the extension and will not automatically appear on a different computer or browser profile. SchoolCloud Teacher Extension is designed to save time, improve visibility, and support faster progress checks when reviewing student performance, missing work, and gradebook updates.
