Frequency Assistant provides AI coaching for Claude conversations. When you open the extension and request analysis, it reads only visible text on the current Claude page, sends the minimum required context securely to Frequency to generate guidance, and shows results in the extension UI. It does not collect keystrokes/password fields, does not sell personal data, and is designed only for this coaching purpose
