This app provides: - Send social messages from your CRM manually or via automation. - The system will automatically import sent and received social messages into your CRM. - The system will automatically import as a CRM contact the social profile of anyone who has messaged you. - With a single click you may import any social profile into the CRM as a contact. - Imported social profiles can include publicly visible information such as their photo, introduction, gender, location, time zone, birthday, websites, social handles, telephone and email. - Supported environments include Facebook business page and personal Messenger, Instagram business and personal DMs, TikTok DMs, Pinterest DMs, and X (Twitter) DMs. Social profile import is done via Zapier, and all social messaging is done via email with our server converting between email and social messaging automatically.
